The quality of initial and continuous training is vital for the French animation industry as in any other economic sector. The ambition of the Rencontres Animation Formation in Angoulême is to encourage and promote collective reflection by bringing together all stakeholders : the training organisations and animation companies, of course, but also the institutional bodies whose role is to provide support at their different levels of competency. Thus, the aim is to create a forum for dialogue, sharing information and experiences, without taboos but in a constructive spirit.
